The Carlton Hotel Collection wants you feel at ease from the moment you make your reservation until you leave the hotel. In this spirit, we are pleased to offer additional options, allowing our guests the freedom to choose the option that suits them best. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions. Enjoy the freedom and benefits of special promotions.

All Carlton Hotels offer:

Flex Rate: best available rate with no restrictions.

Best Buy: best available rate with deposit made at one time, non-refundable, non-changeable.

Guarantee Policy

Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. The credit card information is required to guarantee the reservation after 16 hours to the arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first night will be charged.

Cancellation policy

Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. No cancellation fee will be charged if the hotel receives a written cancellation before 14h (local time) the day before arrival.

All rates include VAT but excluding local tax and are subject to change without notice.

The buffet breakfast is not included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. Our outdoor smoking lounge terrace is covered to make it as comfortable as possible.

No pets allowed.

Excused non-implementation

When the Hotel, because of whatever reason outside their will, amongst but not limited to strikes, labour dispute, accidents, government requirements, restrictions or legislations concerning travel, Hotel exploitations, basis products or sources, war actions or supremacy, is not capable to fulfil their obligations in regards to the made agreement or booking, such non-implementation will be excused and the Hotel may terminate the agreement/booking without any further obligations of any kind, with reimbursement of the by the client paid deposit to the Hotel and the Hotel in no case be held responsible for any consequences of any kind of for any reason.
