Tomato with shrimps / smoked salmon roll with cream cheese / marinated anchovies with red peppers

Starters
Smoked gravlax with figs and balsamic cream

Beef carpaccio with oriental spices sauce, foie gras and salad

Pumpkin veloute with chestnuts and creme fraiche

Main Course
Pheasant filet with celeriac puree aromatized with truffle, gratin dauphinois and endive in porto sauce
or 
Seabass with leeks and beetroots served in a white wine sauce
or
Forest mushrooms on a parsnip puree, marinated vegetables 

Dessert
Apple tart served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
or
Dame Blanche with warm Belgian chocolate sauce
or 
Black Forest with berries
